We’re hiring an AI DevOps Engineer to help transform the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using AI-powered automation, intelligent DevOps, and secure engineering practices. ✅ What We Need (Non-Negotiable):
• 5–8 years of hands-on software development / DevOps experience
• Strong programming expertise in Python and/or Java
• Strong working experience with GitHub & Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, GitHub Apps, and GitHub workflows
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments
• Experience setting up sanity testing & end-to-end planning for major migration projects (example: ADO → GitHub)
• Experience implementing guardrails & production hardening in GitHub environments
• Good understanding of secure SDLC and vulnerability management
• Strong debugging, automation, and problem-solving skills

• Generate code artifacts from Jira technical specifications using AI
• Enable AI-assisted code generation workflows (Python/Java)
• Implement AI-powered PR summarization and contextual code reviews
• Automate unit test generation during PR workflows
• Build AI-driven vulnerability detection and automated fix PR generation
• Generate deployment configurations using standardized templates
• Embed policy-as-code and security guardrails into CI/CD pipelines
• Integrate AI agents into GitHub workflows and deployment pipelines
• Build AI-assisted incident management and automated runbooks
• Support platform engineering and deployment automation initiatives
