Role Description
This is an unpaid internship role for an AI Development Intern specializing in rule-based chatbots. As a part of our team, you will assist in designing, building, and optimizing rule-based chatbot frameworks, conduct research to refine chatbot functionalities, and collaborate with the team to integrate chatbots with Finvio’s expense-tracking platform. Additional responsibilities include documenting processes and contributing innovative ideas to improve user engagement. This is a remote position, allowing for flexible work arrangements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
- Strong Analytical Skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration across teams
- Basic understanding of Sales and customer interaction processes is a plus
- Knowledge of chatbot frameworks or prior experience with rule-based conversational agents is highly advantageous
- Passion for fintech and interest in creating meaningful technological solutions
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
