We are looking for a skilled and self-driven AI Developer with 3–5 years of experience who combines strong visual/UI design sensibility with hands-on expertise in AI tools, automation platforms, and agent-based systems. This role is ideal for someone who can design and ship polished, high-quality web experiences end-to-end and layer in intelligent automation that improves efficiency and digital presence. Candidates with WordPress experience are especially encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX & Web Design
• Design and deliver top-quality, visually polished UI for websites, landing pages, and web applications — from concept and wireframes to pixel-perfect, production-ready screens
• Own the end-to-end design-to-development workflow: wireframing, prototyping (Figma or equivalent), responsive layout, and final deployment
• Build and maintain sites on WordPress and/or other no-code/low-code platforms (Webflow, Framer), including themes, page builders, and plugin configuration
• Ensure strong visual design fundamentals — typography, spacing, color, and interaction design — resulting in a consistent, on-brand user experience
• Collaborate closely with design and content teams to translate briefs into accurate, high-fidelity implementations
Web Development
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and corporate websites
• Execute projects end-to-end — from wireframes and prototyping to deployment and optimisation
• Manage CMS platforms, hosting environments, and domain configurations
• Integrate third-party APIs, analytics tools, CRM systems, payment gateways, and lead capture platforms
AI Agents & Automation
• Build and deploy AI agents and conversational bots for internal and customer-facing use cases
• Automate repetitive workflows across departments using no-code/low-code and API-based approaches
• Develop and maintain chatbot flows across web and messaging platforms
• Evaluate and introduce AI tools relevant to design, content, analytics, and productivity
• Build internal dashboards and automated reporting pipelines
• Document all AI systems, automation logic, and prompt libraries for team continuity
Required SkillsDesign & Frontend
• Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design and visual craft — this is a mandatory requirement, not a preference
• Strong hands-on skills in Figma (or similar design tools) for wireframing and prototyping
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — React or Vue preferred
• Experience with WordPress is a strong plus; familiarity with other no-code website builders (Webflow, Framer) also valued
AI & Automation
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or Pabbly
• Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and light backend scripting (Node.js or Python preferred)
• Familiarity with web analytics, pixel implementation, and tag management systems
Interpersonal & Professional
• Proactive learner who stays updated on AI and design trends and independently pilots new tools
• Strong analytical thinking — translates business problems into technical and design solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written communication for documentation and cross-team coordination
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5 years of demonstrable experience in web/UI design with active AI/automation projects
