Job title: Lead AI engineer - Agentic and Python
Location: Remote
Shift Timing - 2 PM - 11 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Build and maintain AI agents using Python with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent-based architectures.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Llama, Claude, or similar into enterprise applications.
- Develop AI-powered automation pipelines, conversational agents, and intelligent assistants.
- Implement multi-agent collaboration systems for complex problem-solving.
- Build APIs and backend services to support AI-powered applications.
- Work with vector databases and embeddings (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-based AI systems.
- Optimize AI models and workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and software engineers to deploy AI solutions in production.
