What we're looking for:
We require an AI Developer & Automation Specialist for a fully remote, offshore position.
The AI Developer will be responsible for analyzing and improving both our internal operations and our clients' lead conversion processes through the application of current AI technologies. You will be tasked with building the infrastructure and tools—specifically focusing on Agentic AI workflows—that facilitate the conversion of raw leads into booked appointments and closed deals.
This role requires a unique combination of creative problem-solving (such as prompt engineering and agent design) and technical execution (API integrations, coding, and logic building). You will serve as a critical component of our technology operations, and we are looking for a reliable professional to help scale our agency's technical capabilities.

Salary & growth opportunities:
- Compensation: $15 - $25 USD per hour, commensurate with experience. This is a fully remote contractor-based position.
- You will collaborate directly with our management team to analyze current workflows and client requirements.
- You will be responsible for proposing automation strategies and independently building custom Agentic AI solutions to execute those strategies.
- Performance will be evaluated based on your ability to implement innovative AI solutions and ensure the reliable, efficient operation of these tools.

The ideal candidate:
- Agentic AI & Modern Stack Experience: High proficiency with modern AI automation tools and frameworks is required. Experience with n8n, OpenClaw, and Claude Code is essential. You must be capable of designing and deploying Agentic AI systems—autonomous agents that can reason, use tools, and execute multi-step workflows without constant human intervention.
- API & LLM Integration: Deep understanding of API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, etc.) to build custom solutions. You should be highly capable in prompt engineering, context management, and connecting LLMs to external data sources to power intelligent agents.
- Lead Conversion Tools: Proven experience building chatbots, voice AI agents (e.g., Bland AI, Vapi), and automated follow-up sequences designed specifically for lead conversion.
- Coding Experience (Python/Node.js): While we utilize low-code platforms like n8n, the ability to write custom code for APIs, data scraping, and complex logic is strongly preferred. You must be able to create technical solutions that optimize processes and generate data-driven insights.
- Problem solving: A core expectation at our company is independent problem resolution. We require individuals who are resourceful and willing to investigate issues thoroughly before escalating them. While leadership support is available, you are expected to proactively navigate challenges and bring solutions to the table.
