Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Developer role based in Noida. The AI Developer will design, implement, and optimize AI models and agentic systems that support digital workers across diverse use cases. Responsibilities include researching and prototyping new algorithms, building and training models (including neural networks and NLP systems), and integrating them into production-ready software solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and deploying AI services that are scalable, reliable, and secure. The AI Developer will also monitor performance, refine models based on real-world feedback, and contribute to continuous improvements in the company’s AI platform.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science with experience in Software Development for scalable, production-grade systems.
- Applied expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for solving real-world AI and machine learning problems.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python) and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and document work effectively.
- Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps practices, and deploying AI services in production is a strong plus.
