Position: AI Developer
Location: Coimbatore
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–5 Years
Role OverviewWe are seeking skilled and innovation-driven AI Developers to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. You will play a key role in building intelligent applications that drive business transformation and automation for global clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML models and intelligent applications.
- Build and integrate Generative AI, NLP, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Develop scalable APIs and backend services for AI-powered applications.
- Work with large structured and unstructured datasets for training and optimization.
- Fine-tune LLMs and optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI.
- Experience building APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong experience in SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Proven experience in deploying AI solutions in production is highly preferred.
