Job Description : AI Engineer
Experience Required: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Location: Hyderabad
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will work on hands-on AI/ML development tasks while also mentoring and supervising interns, helping them grow technically and ensuring quality delivery on assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, engineering) to integrate AI solutions
• Guide, mentor, and review the work of interns; assign tasks and track their progress
• Debug, test, and optimize existing models and pipelines
• Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Proficiency in Python and common ML/AI libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision (as applicable to your team's focus)
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic software engineering practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Prior experience mentoring, training, or supervising junior team members/interns is a plus
• Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts and tools
• Experience with LangGraph (or similar agent/orchestration frameworks)
• Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock)
Nice to Have
• Experience with other cloud platforms (GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with MLOps / model deployment pipelines
• Exposure to prompt engineering or working with LLM APIs
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and retrieval-based systems
