Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Developer to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate will move beyond traditional RPA and technical analysis to focus on the end-to-end development of AI agents.
Core Technical Skills
* Programming: Strong proficiency in Python-based automation.
* AI Frameworks: Extensive experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
* Architectures: Hands-on development using LLM-based automation and RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) automation.
* Development Focus: Specialized in AI Agentic Development.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Lifecycle: Manage the entire development process from initial concept to deployment.
* Requirement Gathering: Interact directly with users to understand and document specific requirements.
* Solution Design: Build intelligent automation systems that go beyond standard RPA tools (like Power Automate).
Preferred Experience
* Proven track record of deploying generative AI solutions.
* Ability to translate user needs into functional AI agent architectures
