About the RoleWe are looking for AI Developers who are passionate about building intelligent applications using the latest advances in Generative AI. Your primary focus will be designing and developing AI-powered chatbots, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions that solve real business problems.
AI is evolving at an unprecedented pace, and success in this role depends on staying ahead of that change. We want someone who is naturally curious, continuously learning, and excited to experiment with new models, techniques, and architectures as they emerge.
Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain AI-powered chatbots, AI agents, and conversational applications.
- Develop production-ready AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and modern AI frameworks.
- Apply modern AI engineering concepts such as context engineering, agent orchestration, retrieval engineering, evaluation, memory management, and tool integration to build reliable and scalable systems.
- Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and techniques, and recommend where they can create business value.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate ideas into production AI solutions.
- Continuously improve AI quality, accuracy, latency, and cost through experimentation and measurement.
- Share knowledge and help establish AI engineering best practices across the organization.
Experience & Qualifications:- 2 - 4 years of professional software development experience, with at least 1–2 years building Generative AI or LLM-based applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and backend application development.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, structured outputs, AI agents, and modern AI application development.
- Experience integrating AI applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Git, Docker, and modern development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies through personal projects, open-source contributions, research, certifications, or continuous experimentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
Nice to Have:- Experience with technologies such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP (Model Context Protocol), CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, pgvector, Pinecone, Redis, or similar AI orchestration and vector database technologies.
- Experience building multi-agent systems, AI workflow automation, or enterprise chatbot platforms.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks, LLMOps, observability, and model performance optimization.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects, technical blogs, conference talks, or hackathons
