We’re hiring an
AI Developers to build intelligent solutions using machine learning, NLP, and computer vision that drive business growth and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Deploy AI solutions to production environments and monitor performance.
- Document processes, models, and workflows for knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and train machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and analyze data.
- Implement NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics solutions.
- Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Knowledge of data science, statistics, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI solutions.
Educational Qualification(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Master’s degree or PhD in AI/ML or a related discipline is a plus.
