Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Developer who can design, build, and deploy AI applications that automate business processes, enhance customer experiences, and create new products for our enterprise ecosystem.
You will work directly with the Founder's Office to develop AI solutions across sales, research, marketing, operations, events, and executive engagement.
Key Responsibilities1. AI Product Development (30%)
- Design and build AI-powered web applications
- Develop intelligent internal business tools
- Build enterprise AI assistants and copilots
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business workflows
- Launch scalable AI products for clients and internal teams
2. AI Automation & Agents (25%)
- Build autonomous AI agents for business operations
- Automate research, proposal generation, CRM updates, and reporting
- Develop multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases
- Integrate AI with business systems using APIs
3. LLM Engineering (20%)
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Fine-tune AI workflows for accuracy and reliability
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost
- Evaluate and benchmark AI models
4. Backend & Integration (15%)
- Develop REST APIs and backend services
- Integrate AI with CRM, ERP, email, calendars, and internal platforms
- Build secure and scalable architectures
- Manage cloud deployment and monitoring
5. AI Research & Innovation (10%)
- Evaluate emerging AI models and frameworks
- Prototype new AI capabilities
- Recommend technology improvements
- Contribute to AI product strategy and roadmap
Required Skills
- Python

Preferred Experience
- 2–6 years in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Backend Development, or Generative AI

- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS products, workflow automation, and API integrations
- Strong understanding of AI security, evaluation, and scalability
