Role Description The AI Developer will design, build, and optimize AI models and tools that support D.R.D Security’s cybersecurity products and services. This full-time, on-site role in Lucknow involves developing and maintaining machine learning pipelines, implementing pattern recognition algorithms, and working with neural networks to detect threats and anomalies. The AI Developer will collaborate with cybersecurity experts and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms, improve automation, and enhance decision support. Daily responsibilities include data preprocessing, model training and evaluation, documentation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems. The role also includes researching emerging AI and security technologies and contributing to proof-of-concept projects and internal innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software development practices.
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for tasks such as text classification, entity extraction, and language understanding.
- Hands-on experience in software development using languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threat modeling, and secure coding principles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document solutions effectively.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn new technologies, and interest in applying AI to real-world security challenges.
