About the Role
We are looking for talented AI Developers to design and build next-generation Generative AI systems, LLM-based applications, and AI agent architectures.
You will work on LLM finetuning, inference optimization, and intelligent AI agent orchestration systems used in real-world production environments.
Key Responsibilities
LLM Finetuning & Model Deployment
- Design and implement LLM finetuning pipelines
- Work on instruction tuning and supervised fine-tuning (SFT)
- Implement parameter-efficient techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT
- Optimize model inference performance and latency
- Build scalable LLM inference systems for real-time and batch workloads
- Monitor and improve SLOs such as latency, throughput, and reliability
AI Agent Development
- Design and build AI agents and multi-agent systems
- Work with frameworks like:
- LangGraph
- AutoGen
- PydanticAI
- Implement tool integration, planning, reasoning, and workflow automation
- Build agents that interact with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
- Design memory management and context handling for agents
System Reliability & Observability
- Monitor model performance and hallucination rates
- Implement guardrails and structured outputs
- Build observability systems for agent execution
- Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of AI systems
Required Skills
- Strong Python programming
- Experience working with LLMs / Generative AI
- Knowledge of LLM Finetuning techniques
- Experience with AI agent frameworks
- Understanding of API integration and tool orchestration
- Familiarity with model serving and inference optimization
Experience Requirements
Junior AI Developer
- 1–3 years experience
- Basic knowledge of Python, LLMs, and AI tools
Mid-Level AI Developer
- 4–7 years experience
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications or AI systems
Senior AI Developer
- 8+ years experience
- Deep expertise in LLM architecture, AI agents, and production AI systems
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph
- Experience with AutoGen / multi-agent frameworks
- Knowledge of GPU optimization and model serving
- Experience deploying AI systems in production
