Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an AI Developer. The AI Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AI-powered applications. This role focuses on the software engineering side of AI—transforming models such as GPT-4, Llama 3, or custom-trained models into reliable, scalable, and production-ready services.
The position involves working on AI orchestration, agent-based systems, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into real-world applications.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A strong portfolio of 3–5 end-to-end AI projects is highly valued.
Experience:
• 3–5 years in software development
• 1–2 years in AI/ML implementation
Technical Skills:
• Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic Frameworks
• Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
• AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI
Core Responsibilities:
• Build RAG pipelines and AI system orchestration
• Develop AI agents with multi-step reasoning
• Integrate LLMs into web/mobile applications
• Optimize model performance and cost efficiency
• Manage AI lifecycle (MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring)
• Design and manage data pipelines for large datasets
