Job Description :
We are looking for an AI Developer who can design, build, and implement practical AI solutions and workflow automation systems that integrate with our day-to-day business functions.
Role Overview
The AI Developer will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities across departments and developing AI-powered workflows, tools, and internal systems to improve operational efficiency and knowledge utilisation.
This role requires a combination of technical capability, process thinking, and business understanding. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with professionals across functions and translate operational pain points into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI Workflow Automation
- Design and implement AI-powered workflow automations across legal, compliance, finance, HR, and operational functions.
- Develop systems for document processing, data extraction, compliance tracking, reporting, knowledge retrieval, drafting assistance, and task automation.
- Build intelligent workflows using LLMs, APIs, automation platforms, and internal databases.
AI Systems Development
- Develop internal AI tools, copilots, dashboards, and assistants for business users.
- Integrate AI models with existing software, CRMs, ERPs, document management systems, and communication platforms.
- Create structured pipelines for prompt engineering, document ingestion, retrieval systems (RAG), and AI orchestration.
Process Optimisation
- Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancement.
- Reduce repetitive manual tasks through AI-assisted systems and automation logic.
- Standardise internal processes using technology-driven frameworks.
Implementation & Integration
- Deploy and maintain AI applications in production environments.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and usability of deployed systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors, software providers, and internal stakeholders where necessary.
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on developments in AI, workflow automation, LLMs, agentic systems, and enterprise AI tools.
- Evaluate and test emerging technologies for practical implementation within the firm.
- Recommend scalable AI adoption strategies for various departments.
Training & Enablement
- Assist in training teams on AI tools and best practices.
- Develop internal SOPs, usage guidelines, and AI governance practices.
- Support organisation-wide AI adoption initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical LLM implementation.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as:
- Zapier
- Make
- n8n
- Power Automate
- LangChain / LlamaIndex frameworks
- Proficiency in Python and API integrations.
- Experience with vector databases, retrieval systems, and document processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with:
- OpenAI APIs
- Claude APIs
- Gemini APIs
- OCR/document extraction tools
- Prompt engineering
- AI agents and orchestration systems
Preferred Technical Experience
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with databases and backend systems.
- Familiarity with frontend/dashboard tools is an advantage.
- Experience implementing enterprise automation systems.

- Ability to understand operational workflows in professional services environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
