🌟 We're Hiring: AI Developer/AI FullStack Developer! 🌟
We are looking for an experienced AI Developer/AI FullStack Developer to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in AI technologies, software development, and the ability to innovate solutions that drive business success.

What You'll Do:
Design and build ML models to:
o Detect anomalies in bookkeeping transactions
o Match and reconcile ledger entries to bank feeds/invoices
o Auto-categorise transactions and suggest corrections
Develop natural language processing (NLP) features to interpret and answer common accounting questions (e.g., VAT, reconciliations, chart of accounts)
Build and maintain real-time AI suggestion systems (e.g., duplicate flagging, smart ledger prompts)
When required work as a backend developers to integrate ML models into the existing product stack
Support the development of an AI knowledge base from structured/unstructured accounting data
Maintain privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR) and data anonymisation
Continuously improve model accuracy via user feedback and supervised learning
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in developing AI/ML features in production
Full Stack development experience of React + TypeScript and Node.js (TypeScript) + NestJS for rapid product iteration
Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
Familiarity with NLP libraries (spaCy, HuggingFace, OpenAI API, etc.)
Experience building anomaly detection systems (e.g., Isolation Forests, DBSCAN, LSTM)
Ability to work with PostgreSQL or MongoDB for model input/output
Excellent understanding of accounting or finance data structures (P&L, ledgers, journals)
