We're looking for a hands-on AI Developer with strong Python expertise and practical experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, automation, and cloud-based AI services. In this role, you'll collaborate with solution architects, product teams, and developers to turn innovative AI ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Development & Automation
- Develop and maintain Python-based AI applications, AI agents, and automation workflows.
- Build AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Copilot APIs, and other AI platforms.
- Implement agentic AI capabilities, including planning, tool calling, memory, and orchestration.
- Create reusable components for AI workflows, prompt management, and API integrations.
- Develop intelligent automation solutions to streamline business processes.
LLMs, RAG & Prompt Engineering
- Design, test, and optimize prompt templates for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and document ingestion.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI performance and minimize hallucinations.
- Optimize AI workflows for enterprise and domain-specific use cases.
Integrations & AI Systems
- Integrate AI solutions with internal and external applications using REST APIs.
- Develop data processing and automation pipelines for AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, cloud, and low-code teams to embed AI capabilities into business applications.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to build intelligent solutions.
Quality, Performance & Deployment
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code following engineering best practices.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot AI pipelines, automation workflows, and production issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, requests, JSON, async programming; FastAPI/Flask is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Copilot APIs, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience building AI agents, AI-powered applications, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise system integrations.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative software development.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or other agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
- Experience building enterprise AI assistants, copilots, or conversational AI applications.
