We are a creative strategy and design studio producing content for brands across e-commerce, D2C, services, and growth-stage businesses. We use AI tools as a core part of our production workflow, not as a gimmick, but as a serious creative system. We're building a team of people who are genuinely skilled with these tools and can produce high-quality visual output at speed and scale.
What you'll be doing
You'll be generating and refining AI-produced visuals for client campaigns. Product imagery, ad creatives, social content, mood boards, and brand visuals. This isn't prompt-and-pray. You'll be expected to develop a strong visual eye, follow brand guidelines, iterate quickly based on feedback, and deliver consistently polished output.
Day-to-day this means generating and curating AI images using Midjourney and similar tools, creating product-focused visuals using Higgsfield, building and maintaining style references and prompt libraries per client, preparing assets for ads, social, and web, and working within a structured daily task system.
What we're looking for
You should have solid hands-on experience with Higgsfield, style references, seeds, weights, negative prompts, and advanced parameters. Experience with other tools like Higgsfield, Runway, or ChatGPT image generation is a plus.
More than tool knowledge, we want someone with a genuine visual sensibility — someone who can look at a brand, understand its aesthetic, and produce intentional work, not random AI output. A background or strong interest in graphic design, photography, or art direction is a big plus.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is passionate about AI creative, wants to build real agency experience, and is looking to grow fast. Salary revision based on performance at the 3-month mark.
