AI Designer and UGC Video Creator
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a fast-growing startup building AI-powered products that redefine how teams work, and we're looking for a seasoned UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, beautiful experiences across our platform.
We're specifically looking for an AI-first designer - someone who leverages the latest AI design and prototyping tools to move fast, explore more, and deliver high-quality outputs while applying strong human judgment to ensure clarity, usability, and real-world impact.
You'll own design end-to-end: from early discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and shipped product. Beyond the product itself, you'll also create AI-generated brand and marketing videos - writing scripts, generating visuals using tools like Higgsfield or similar, and building scalable content systems that can be replicated across multiple brands without starting from scratch each time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Rapidly design and prototype experiences using AI tools (e.g., generative UI, AI-assisted wireframing, no-code/low-code builders)
- Translate ideas into functional website or product prototypes quickly using tools like Framer, Webflow, or similar platforms
- Use AI to accelerate design exploration, iteration, and content generation without compromising quality
- Balance speed with strong UX fundamentals — ensuring outputs are not just fast, but intuitive and effective
- Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile surfaces
- Define, evolve, and maintain the design system
- Conduct user research and facilitate usability testing sessions
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Drive consistency and quality across all product touchpoints
- Script, produce, and deliver AI-generated brand videos (UGC-style, 60-sec format) using tools like Claude for scripting and Higgsfield for visuals — with subtitles, a defined narrative arc, and a repeatable production workflow
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience 3-5 years in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio spanning SaaS, mobile, or consumer products. Experience working in fast-paced environments where rapid prototyping and iteration are critical.
Design craft Mastery of Figma, deep knowledge of design systems, and a sharp eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Ability to combine AI-generated outputs with strong design fundamentals to create polished, production-ready experiences.
Research mindset Comfortable running user interviews, synthesising insights, and translating them into clear product decisions. Understands when to rely on AI vs when to apply human judgment, especially in ambiguous or high-impact UX decisions.
Cross-functional fluency Proven ability to partner with engineering and product to ship polished experiences on tight timelines. Comfortable working in AI-native workflows alongside product, growth, and engineering teams.

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing AI or machine learning interfaces
- Background at an early-stage or growth startup
- B2B SaaS product design experience
- Prior design leadership or mentorship responsibilities
- Experience building or launching websites/products independently using no-code or AI-assisted tools
- Strong intuition for where AI enhances creativity vs where it introduces noise
- Experience building scalable content production systems (e.g., using N8N or similar automation platforms) to generate consistent brand videos across multiple companies or use cases
