About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AI Delivery Manager to manage and execute AI data services and AI expert-driven projects at scale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining delivery quality, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing client expectations across multiple ongoing projects.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in AI operations, project delivery, data annotation, content moderation, or large-scale freelancer/vendor management environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI data and AI expert-related projects across multiple workflows.
- Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements, timelines, quality benchmarks, and delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with sourcing, operations, QA, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolution.
- Ensure quality standards through regular reviews, audits, feedback loops, and escalation management.
- Handle large freelancer/vendor teams and ensure productivity, efficiency, and timely output delivery.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, trackers, and delivery summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements, SOP creation, and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Act as the primary bridge between client expectations and internal execution teams.
- Manage delivery escalations and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in project delivery, operations, client management, or AI/data services.
- Good understanding of AI data workflows such as:
- Data Annotation
- Data Labeling
- Content Moderation
- Transcription
- Voice/Audio Projects
- Data Collection
- QA Processes
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- Dashboards & Reporting
- Project Tracking Tools
- Problem-solving mindset with strong operational ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience handling freelancers, vendors, or distributed teams will be an added advantage.
Preferred Background
- Experience in AI data operations, managed delivery, outsourcing, staffing, or freelancer-based execution models.
- Prior exposure to delivery projects for AI/ML organizations or frontier AI labs will be highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, annotation platforms, workflow management tools, and operational dashboards.
- Experience in client-facing roles and handling delivery escalations.
