🚀 We're Hiring | AI Data Analyst — Fount Platform | Bengaluru | Fresh / 0–1 Yrs

We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed fresher to join our data pipeline team in Bengaluru.

What you'll do: You'll format, validate, and prepare client datasets — so they're clean and model-ready before they enter the Fount pipeline. You'll learn to operate the Fount Model Building Cockpit, run QA checklists, maintain data dictionaries, and work directly alongside our data science team on live enterprise pipelines.

You need: → Python basics — pandas, reading and writing files, simple data cleaning scripts → Strong Excel — pivot tables, data validation rules, handling large datasets → Obsessive attention to detail — a misplaced decimal or wrong date format should keep you up at night → Curiosity about how causal AI models actually work, not just how to execute tasks → Clear, direct communication — you can describe a data problem without jargon
