Role Description The Ai & CRM Automation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves designing and implementing AI-driven workflows to optimize customer interactions and internal processes, as well as configuring and maintaining CRM automation rules, triggers, and campaigns. The executive will monitor data quality, generate performance reports, and collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to improve lead management, customer engagement, and retention. Daily tasks include analyzing user behavior and system usage, testing and refining automation journeys, documenting procedures, and coordinating with technology partners or vendors when needed. The role also requires staying updated on emerging AI and CRM tools to recommend enhancements that support business efficiency and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and experience in setting up workflows, segmentation, and automation.
- Knowledge of AI tools and applications (such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and data analytics solutions) used to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.
- Data analysis and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret dashboards, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Basic technical skills beneficial, such as familiarity with APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting system issues in collaboration with IT teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, coordinate across multiple departments, and manage projects with clear timelines and follow-through.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; prior experience in logistics or service-based industries is an advantage.
