Position Overview
We are looking for a talented AI Creative Graphic Designer who is passionate about modern design workflows and Generative AI-powered creativity.
The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design fundamentals and be proficient in using AI creative tools to produce high-quality marketing and branding materials efficiently.
This is primarily a graphic design role with AI-assisted creative workflows. Along with design execution, you will also support small on-site coordination tasks related to marketing activities within the client office.
You will work directly from our Chennai client’s office while collaborating remotely with our internal digital and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality marketing creatives, branding materials, social media posts, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Use Generative AI tools to accelerate and enhance creative production workflows.
- Design visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Capture basic mobile photos/videos of products when required and convert them into marketing creatives. (Professional photography skills are not required.)
- Coordinate with our remote creative and marketing teams for design execution.
- Support day-to-day marketing-related creative operations within the client office.
- Edit, refine, and optimize creatives for digital platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining design quality and consistency.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
- Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
- Experience using Generative AI creative tools such as:
- Nano Banana
- Midjourney
- ChatGPT-assisted creative workflows
- Other relevant AI design platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- Graphic design principles
- Typography
- Branding
- Visual storytelling
- Social media creatives
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, agency work, or AI-assisted creative roles is preferred.
- Degree is not mandatory for highly talented candidates with strong portfolios.
- Must have good English communication skills (mandatory).
- Candidate should additionally know either:
- Tamil, or Hindi
- Must be willing to work from the client location in Chennai.
- Candidates residing near Chennai Central or willing to relocate will be preferred.
Nice to Have Skills
Knowledge of:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Motion graphics workflows
- Experience with AI video generation tools such as:
- Kling AI
- Google Flow
- Runway
- Similar AI video platforms
- Basic video editing and animation skills.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar creative tools.
- Experience creating ad creatives and social media marketing content.
Soft Skills
- Creative thinking with strong visual sense.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to fast-changing creative requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and execution quality.
Work Environment
- You will be deployed as a dedicated creative resource for one of our Chennai-based clients.

- You will handle on-ground creative execution and coordination from the client office.
