CustomHolidays is a Takumian (Travellermade agency) - one of the Premier Bespoke Luxury Travel Agencies in India with Preferred Partnerships with prominent luxury hotel brands such as Kempinski, Anantara, Leading Hotels of the World, Melia, IHG Group, Hyatt Prive, Standard Hotels, among others.
We are building a content presence worthy of the travel we design — and we need one exceptional person to lead it, armed with the most powerful creative tools available today. This is a rare role: total creative ownership, with the mandate and the means to build something genuinely beautiful.
- What You Will Own
Content Strategy
- Develop monthly content pillars aligned to destinations, seasons, and client intent
- Build and maintain the editorial calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Whatsapp and email
- Research trends via Vogue, Condé Nast Traveller, Travel + Leisure, Forbes Travel Guide and similar publications
- Identify and analyse top-tier luxury travel influencers for tone benchmarking
Visual Content Creation
- Direct and generate hero imagery and video using leading AI platforms such as Midjourney, Nanobanana, ChatGPT, Claude etc
- Compose final assets in Canva Pro, Adobe Express, or equivalent
- Maintain rigorous visual consistency with brand palette and aesthetic
- Produce Reels, Carousels, Stories, and static posts to publication-grade standard
Copywriting & Voice
- Write all captions, headlines, and long-form copy using Claude and ChatGPT
- Maintain an editorial voice that reads like Travel + Leisure, not a travel blog
- Develop destination guides, curated itinerary teasers, and client stories
- Write subject lines and body copy for monthly email campaigns
Distribution & Lead Generation
- Schedule and publish across all platforms with platform-native best practices
- Optimise content for discoverability and inbound inquiry generation
- Track engagement, reach, and conversion; report monthly to leadership
- Identify and propose collaborations with aligned luxury travel voices

Refined Aesthetic Taste
You can articulate precisely why one image is luxury and another merely expensive. You consume Condé Nast, Vogue, Architectural Digest, and Travel + Leisure not for research but for pleasure. You notice kerning.
AI Native, Not AI Dependent
You use AI tools the way a great photographer uses a camera — as an instrument for your vision, not as a replacement for having one. You know how to prompt Midjourney to produce something Vogue would run. You know when the output is wrong and why.
Editorial Sensibility
Your writing instinctively avoids the clichés of travel marketing. You do not describe sunsets as "breathtaking." You understand the difference between atmosphere and adjectives.
Strategic Ownership
You are comfortable building the content strategy from the brief upward — not executing tasks handed to you. You treat the brand's digital presence as your own portfolio.
Genuine Curiosity About Travel
You know the difference between a Belmond and a Four Seasons. You have opinions about over-tourism. You follow at least three luxury travel voices on Instagram not because you are required to, but because you want to.
Relentless Self-Direction
In a six-person company, nobody will manage your output day to day. You will set your own deadlines, evaluate your own work against the highest possible standard, and hold that standard even when no one is watching.
