Role Overview
We are looking for a creative professional with hands-on experience in video editing and AI-powered creative workflows. The role involves creating ad creatives, reels, branded visuals, campaign assets, and social media content for multiple client accounts.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, editing aesthetics, content pacing, social-first formats, and emerging AI creative tools used in modern marketing ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, advertisements, and social media
• Create reels, branded creatives, motion-led content, and digital campaign assets
• Generate AI-assisted visuals and creative concepts using modern AI platforms
• Execute transitions, subtitles, sound design, color correction, and visual refinement
• Adapt content according to platform formats and audience engagement patterns
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams for campaign execution
• Manage multiple deliverables while maintaining creative quality and timelines
Required Skills
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in video editing, digital content, or creative production
• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, typography, and motion dynamics
• Experience creating social media creatives and performance marketing content
• Familiarity with AI creative workflows and prompt-based content generation
• Strong visual aesthetics and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Motion graphics and animation experience
• Understanding of YouTube, Meta, and digital ad creatives
• Experience with AI-assisted editing workflows and automation tools
