You'll be making performance ads — statics and UGC videos that run on Meta and TikTok with real budget behind them. If you've never made an ad that was deployed on a paid channel, this isn't the role.
We don't need Blender renders or Midjourney fantasy art. We need ads that convert.

The Role
This is a hands-on ad production role where you'll use the best generative AI tools to produce high volumes of performance static ads and AI UGC videos that drive real revenue for clients. Not Photoshop. Not Canva. AI-first, always with human touch when needed.
What You'll Do
Generate AI ads daily: Static ads, video ads, UGC-style content, motion graphics — all designed to convert on Meta and TikTok
Develop new angles: Brainstorm hooks, mine reviews, spot trends, create briefs that convert
Clone winning competitor ads and adapt them for our clients' brands
Push limitations weekly: Explore new approaches, better workflows, model swaps to improve ads constantly
Self-QA your outputs for brand alignment, visual quality, and platform specs
Work directly with the founders — fast feedback loops, no layers of bureaucracy
Must-Haves
Ad creative background required: 1–3 years making ad creatives for DTC/e-commerce brands. Not 3D renders, not illustrations, not game art — ads. Static ads, video ads, UGC-style content that ran on Meta or TikTok.
Excellent creative taste: Strong eye for mobile-first ad layout, hierarchy, and what stops the thumb.
AI ad tool fluency: You actively use tools like Nano Banana/Seedream, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut, or similar in your daily workflow. Not experimenting on weekends — using them to ship.
Speed obsession: Bias to ship "good enough that converts" over "perfect but never ships."
Platform-native understanding: You know why TikTok creative differs from Meta and design accordingly.
High agency: You don't wait for instructions. You see a problem, you solve it. You don't need hand-holding.

Good to Have
DTC/agency performance background — you've shipped ads that moved revenue, not just aesthetics
Proven performance portfolio — 25+ ads you created with actual metrics (CTR, ROAS, spend)
Motion/video skills — quick 5–10s edits, captions, pacing
Multi-brand agility — juggled several brands and still delivered results
Experimenter mindset — you regularly test hooks, formats, "ugly but clickable" concepts and workflows
What We're NOT Looking For
❌ 3D artists, VFX generalists, or game artists looking for any AI role
❌ Traditional graphic designers who think in Photoshop layers
❌ People whose portfolio is Midjourney fantasy art with no ad context
❌ People who want to "art direct" rather than produce
❌ Anyone who needs 30+ minutes per ad — our economics don't support that
