Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented AI Content & Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, AI-powered content creation, and social media storytelling to produce engaging, high-performing digital content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Utilize AI tools for faster and smarter content production including:
-Auto-captioning ;
-AI voiceovers ;
-Script generation ;
-AI image/video enhancement
-Content repurposing
- Transform podcasts, webinars, interviews, and long-form content into engaging social media clips and reels
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and branding elements
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute creative campaigns
- Optimize content for audience engagement, watch time, and platform performance
- Stay updated with the latest AI content trends, editing techniques, and social media formats
Required Skills & Background :
- 1–4 years of experience in video editing and digital content creation
- Strong proficiency in:
-Adobe Premiere Pro
-After Effects
-CapCut
-DaVinci Resolve
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as:
-ChatGPT
-Runway
-Descript
-Midjourney
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content pacing, and visual storytelling
- Basic knowledge of motion design, audio editing, and content optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience creating viral or social-first content
- Familiarity with YouTube optimization, reels strategy, and content analytics
- Basic graphic design skills using:
-Canva
-Adobe Photoshop
-Portfolio or showreel showcasing previous editing and AI-assisted content work
