AI Content & Video Creator (Full-Time)Agentspace.ai · Mumbai (In-Person + Saturday WFH)
About the RoleAt Agentspace.ai, we are building an in-house generative AI content engine—producing faceless channels, AI-driven marketing campaigns, and realistic avatar content at scale. We are not looking for a traditional social media manager to handle scheduling and community management. We need an end-to-end AI Content & Video Creator who can take a conceptual seed and turn it into a high-retention, finished video asset.
This role requires a high degree of independence. You will work directly with the founding team to align on creative direction, but you will own your projects end-to-end. We want a builder who brings proactive concepts to the table, refines them through founder feedback, and takes full responsibility for shipping the final product.
What You'll Do- End-to-End Project Ownership: Independently manage the production of AI short-form content (ads, avatar-led content, and faceless channels) from concept and scripting to final cut.
- Proactive Concepting: Generate and pitch fresh formats, hooks, and content directions to the founders rather than waiting for daily task lists.
- Character Consistency: Develop and maintain recurring AI digital personas, ensuring visual and narrative consistency across video arcs.
- Rapid Creative Iteration: Run structured experiments with different video paces, hooks, and styles to analyze and optimize what genuinely performs.
- Workflow Documentation: Build and document repeatable systems and prompt sequences to help scale the creative team over time.
What We're Looking For- Hands-on Tool Experience: Strong familiarity with generative tools such as Kling, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Midjourney, or similar platforms. You understand how to troubleshoot issues like visual glitching and lip-syncing.
- A Strong Portfolio & Resume (Required): A portfolio (reel, managed channels, or project drafts) demonstrating your eye for pacing, framing, and retention editing, alongside a clean resume showing your background.
- Content Intuition: A strong understanding of short-form video psychology—specifically how to capture attention within the first 3 seconds.
- Self-Starter Autonomy: Comfortable operating with light direction, taking full accountability for deadlines and asset quality.

- Location & Schedule: Office based in Mumbai (Jacob Circle / Mahalaxmi), Monday to Friday. Saturday is Work From Home (WFH).
