We're adding a new kind of role to our marketing team. ✈️
At kairalitrails, we sell Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, Maldives and Vietnam. What we want next is someone who can turn what's trending today into content that's live tonight.
So we're hiring an
AI Content Strategist.
Location: anywhere. Work fully from home if you want. Or walk into any of our offices at Kasaragod, Kochi, Chennai or Mangalore whenever you feel like it. Completely your call. We care about what you ship, not where you sit.
Here's what you'll actually do:
→ Track what's trending. Formats, sounds, hooks, meme moments. Then adapt them to travel before the wave passes.
→ Recreate trending movie scenes and dialogues with AI characters. Think the KGF salary negotiation scene, except it's a customer asking about Bali package prices.
→ Build short story series entirely with AI. Recurring characters, running jokes, episodes people come back for.
→ Generate video, image and voice content at volume using Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, Claude and whatever ships next month.
→ Write the hooks and captions in English, Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil.
→ Ship 30+ pieces a month, not 3 perfect ones.
→ Read the analytics and kill what doesn't work by day two.
What we're not looking for:
✕ Someone who needs a shoot, a crew and a two week timeline
✕ A resume full of tool names with no published work behind it
✕ "I'll get back to you next week"
