Style Supply is an early-stage venture at the intersection of fashion, luxury, and technology, reimagining how women experience designer fashion in India. We are building a subscription-based platform for premium fashion.
We are in an early phase of this journey, and the people who join now will help define everything: the product, the brand, the catalogue, the culture, and the experience.
Role Description
A production-focused role where you will generate and manage AI-driven content across multiple touchpoints — website, app, social media, and marketing assets. You will work closely with design, content, product, and styling teams to translate requirements into high-quality AI-generated outputs. This role requires strong prompting skills, structured thinking, and the ability to deliver consistent results within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
AI Content Generation & Execution
- Generate AI-driven content including images, videos, and visual assets for website, app, social, and marketing use
- Work across formats such as product visuals, campaign assets, UI visuals, and content creatives
- Ensure outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, visual consistency, and platform requirements
AI Video & Visual Production
- Use tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, and Freepik AI to create video and visual content
- Produce short-form video content and campaign assets with clear structure and intent
- Iterate on outputs to improve quality, realism, and alignment with brand direction
Prompt Strategy & System Building
- Design and refine prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality outputs across formats
- Plan and structure prompting workflows to generate effective outputs at scale
- Build reusable prompt systems to improve efficiency and reduce iteration time
Collaboration & Requirement Translation
- Work closely with Social Media, Brand Design, UX/UI, and Styling teams to understand content requirements
- Translate briefs into structured AI workflows and outputs
- Ensure all generated assets align with the needs of different teams and use cases
Asset Planning & Workflow Management
- Manage content generation timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple tasks
- Maintain trackers for assets, prompt iterations, and outputs
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with campaigns, product updates, and content schedules
Research & Exploration
- Stay updated with new AI tools and workflows relevant to content generation
- Explore and experiment with new platforms beyond core tools when required
- Contribute to improving internal AI workflows and processes
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of AI prompting across text, image, and video tools
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, Freepik AI, or similar platforms
- Ability to generate both image and video-based content
- Understanding of visual quality, composition, and consistency
- Ability to plan and structure prompts for effective and scalable outputs
- Ability to iterate quickly and refine outputs based on feedback
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Design, Media, Technology, or a related field
- A strong, genuine interest in AI tools and creative technology — you have already been playing with them on your own
- Able to read a brief and translate it into a clean, on-brand output
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on output quality
- Good organisational skills — multiple tasks and deadlines do not faze you
- Comfortable in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment
Working Structure
- Hybrid role based in Mumbai with several in-person days per week
- Flexible timings — day starts at 11 AM and runs until the work is done
