AI Content Editor

Role overview
LexiConn builds and runs AI-powered, human-in-the-loop content systems for enterprise clients.
You will help run and improve AI-driven workflows that produce content at scale, ensuring every output is accurate, relevant, well-structured, on-voice and ready for human approval.
This role requires editorial judgment and an aptitude for AI systems.
Key responsibilities
- Understand the client's audience, objectives, sources, brand guidelines and quality bar.
- Organize source documents, briefs, references and approved claims.
- Configure and test prompts, templates, AI agents and workflows.
- Run workflows for articles, case studies, social, video scripts, learning assets and localization.
- Evaluate AI output for accuracy, clarity, relevance, structure and tone.
- Check claims against approved sources; flag unsupported or misleading information.
- Flag missing context, weak arguments, repetition and inappropriate language.
- Refine outputs before editor or client review.
- Apply editorial, factual, brand and compliance checks.
- Turn feedback into improved prompts, rules, templates and checks.
- Maintain SOPs, workflow docs and change logs.
- Track turnaround, acceptance rates, exceptions, costs and recurring failures.
What success looks like
Within six months, you should be able to:
- Independently run at least six production content workflows.
- Make sound editorial decisions using the brief, source material and defined standards.
- Identify when an AI output is incorrect, incomplete, weak or unsuitable.
- Improve prompts and workflows based on recurring quality issues.
- Know when to correct and when to escalate a decision.
- Cut manual effort without lowering editorial quality.
Candidate profile
- 1–3 years in writing, editing, research, content quality or digital content production.
- Strong English and sound editorial judgment.
- Ability to assess AI content against source material, audience needs and editorial standards.
- Ability to tell factual errors from editorial weaknesses and subjective preference.
- Confidence to reject or heavily revise an AI output when needed.
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, CMS platforms and structured information.
- Methodical about testing, documentation and quality control.
- Interest in workflows, automation and applied AI.
We are looking for
- Someone who uses AI productively without surrendering judgment to it.
- Understanding of Banking, Financial Services, Technology, will be a plus.
This is not a conventional junior writing, prompt-engineering-only or AI autopublishing role. It combines content judgment, quality control and workflow operations.
