Role Description
We are hiring an AI Content Director. The core of this role is AI-native video production. You know how to take an idea from concept to finished video using the best AI tools available today.
At the same time, you are not just an executor. You think at the level of a brand director — you have a point of view on what should be made, why, and for whom. You shape the narrative for the company and for the founder's personal presence.
- Produce content end-to-end using AI tools across all formats
- Build repeatable production workflows so content ships consistently, not in bursts
- Own the content strategy for the company's brand channels and the founder's personal presence
- Translate internal ideas and product thinking into content that earns attention and builds credibility
Preferred Background
- Experience: AI Video Generation, Filmmaking, Scriptwriting
- Mindset: User empathy, relentless iterations, AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward shipping
- Or something untraditional that trumps all of the above
