We’re a London-based, early-stage tech startup building AI-powered creative tools used by some of the world’s most recognisable brands. Our platform enables marketing teams to produce high-quality content at speed and scale.
T H E R O L E
You’ll work on-site in Mumbai, embedded with a client’s brand and marketing team. Your primary tool will be Savona’s AI-powered platform – which leverages the best generative models available – to conceptualise, produce, and deliver high-quality video, image, and copy assets. You’ll work closely with the client to ensure the content created on the platform is the best it can be. This is an execution-first role for someone who thrives on turning briefs into polished output, fast.
W H A T Y O U ' L L D O
• Use Savona’s AI-powered platform to produce high-quality video, image, and copy content for the client’s brand
• Write, iterate, and optimise prompts to control style, motion, pacing, storytelling, and output quality
• Independently conceptualise, generate, edit, and deliver content end-to-end using a mix of AI and manual workflows
• Collaborate with the client’s brand and marketing team to understand briefs and translate them into sharp creative output
• Stay ahead of emerging AI creative tools, models, and techniques to continuously push the quality of output
W H A T W E ' R E L O O K I N G F O R
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Veo, Kling, Runway, etc.) with the ability to consistently generate high-quality outputs
• Ability to write, iterate, and optimise prompts to control style, motion, storytelling, and output quality
• Can independently conceptualise, generate, edit, and deliver content using a mix of AI and manual workflows
• Strong understanding of video fundamentals – framing, lighting, depth, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Experience in motion design, video production, and/or photography
• A strong interest in AI, generative models, and the rapidly evolving creative tooling landscape
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong bias for execution

• Background in social media content creation and strategy
• Experience marketing in the finance or fintech space
• Background in UGC-style content or influencer marketing
