About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS and Generative AI to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. This onsite position is initially offered as a 12-month contract with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and project requirements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced AI solutions leveraging AWS cloud services. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable AI models, optimize cloud infrastructure, and ensure the seamless integration of AI functionalities into client solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML frameworks, and scripting languages, particularly Python, to deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services, particularly AWS Bedrock and AWS Agent Core logic. Proficiency in Python, especially for data manipulation and API integrations, is essential. The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of log aggregation techniques, with experience working with Mulesoft logs considered a significant advantage. Strong knowledge of AWS monitoring and alerting services such as CloudWatch, EventBridge, and Managed Grafana is required to determine appropriate alerting mechanisms for various scenarios. Additionally, a solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including tokenization, prompt engineering, and cost structures associated with different models, is necessary. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in AWS and AI/ML technologies.
Responsibilities
The Senior AI Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable AI solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure. This includes leveraging AWS Bedrock and Agent Core logic to build and optimize generative AI models. The role requires developing and maintaining Python scripts for data processing, API integrations, and automation tasks. The engineer will evaluate and select appropriate AWS services like CloudWatch, EventBridge, or Managed Grafana for specific alerting and monitoring needs, ensuring high availability and performance of AI applications. They will collaborate with data scientists, DevOps teams, and product managers to translate AI models into production-grade solutions, ensuring robustness and efficiency. Additionally, the engineer will analyze log data, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for log management and security. Continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies are vital to drive innovation within the organization.
