Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role based in Pune for a Business Development Executive – AI & LLM Solutions. The BDE will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the AI, LLM, and data services ecosystem. The role involves lead generation, strategic outreach, client relationship management, and closing high-value partnerships with AI-driven organisations.
The ideal candidate will proactively engage with AI startups, enterprises, and technology partners to promote our AI data collection, annotation, and LLM training solutions. You will play a key role in expanding Solvitude’s presence in the global AI market while consistently achieving sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, preferably in AI, SaaS, IT services, or data solutions
- Strong understanding of the AI/LLM ecosystem, including data annotation, model training, and AI data pipelines
- Excellent Account Management skills with the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships
- Strong communication and pitching abilities, confident in engaging decision-makers and negotiating deals
- Ability to work independently, meet revenue targets, and execute structured outreach strategies
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or AI-related services is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
- Strong Business and Account Management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, deliver pitches, and negotiate business deals effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines and achieving targets
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related domain is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
