Role Overview
This is a high-impact, execution-first role at the intersection of:
- AI Agents
- Client Requirements
- Product Development
- Business Execution
You will work directly with the founder to:
- Understand client problems
- Design AI-driven solutions
- Guide developers to build and deploy products
Your role is to ensure:
Client need → Solution design → Product build → Successful execution
1. Client Requirement & Solution Design
- Join client calls and deeply understand business problems
- Ask the right questions to uncover real needs
- Convert requirements into clear execution plans + AI solutions
- Define what needs to be built (not just document it)
2. AI Agents & Automation
- Design and help deploy AI agents for business use cases
- Identify where automation can improve efficiency or revenue
- Use tools (LLMs, no-code, workflows) to build or assist in building solutions
- Continuously improve systems using AI
3. Product & Developer Coordination
- Translate requirements into clear tasks for developers
- Guide developers on what to build and why
- Ensure product aligns with client expectations
- Track progress and remove blockers
4. Execution & Delivery
- Break projects into timelines, owners, and deliverables
- Ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained
- Identify gaps and fix issues before they escalate
5. Founder’s Office
- Work directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives
- Help structure execution across multiple projects
- Ensure decisions are implemented, not delayed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Analyst / Product / Operations / Tech roles
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication with both clients and developers
- High ownership mindset
Must-Have Skills
- Understanding of AI tools & agents (LLMs, workflows, automation tools)
- Ability to design solutions using AI (not just use ChatGPT casually)
- Basic understanding of how products are built (APIs, workflows, logic)
- Ability to convert business problems into technical execution plans
Good to Have
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools
- Exposure to startups, SaaS, or agencies
- Experience working with developers or tech teams
Growth Path (6–12 Months)
- Move into AI Execution Lead / Product & Ops Lead
- Own end-to-end client delivery and AI systems
- Build and lead a team
- Direct involvement in scaling Yanisa Execution
Compensation
- Fixed: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000/month based on delivery & outcomes
- Fast-track salary growth based on performance (3–6 months)
