🔍 Job Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven AI Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and AI/ML teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, GenAI, and Agile methodologies, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business priorities, challenges, and AI opportunities
- Gather, analyze, and document AI/ML business requirements and use cases
- Translate business requirements into AI-ready specifications, user stories, and success metrics
- Work closely with data science and engineering teams across the AI/ML lifecycle (data collection → model development → deployment → monitoring)
- Track and analyze KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI of AI implementations
- Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and value realization tracking in Agile environments
- Ensure alignment between business goals and AI-driven solutions
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts and AI fundamentals
- Hands-on experience in user story writing for AI/ML features
- Knowledge of end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle
- Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering basics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
