About the Role:
We're looking for a brand-first operator who builds agentic systems - someone who understands brand voice as deeply as they understand prompt design and can ship automated marketing workflows the team uses daily. You'll own the intersection of brand strategy, social content, GTM execution, and AI tooling.
What You'll Do?
- Build content automation workflows that produce brand-compliant copy, social posts, and campaign assets at scale - with quality gates built in.
- Own GTM infrastructure: translate launch strategies into automated pipelines covering research, messaging, asset creation, and distribution.
- Design agentic research pipelines that run continuously - competitor tracking, trend signals, audience insights - without manual lifting.
- Ship internal marketing tools fast using Claude Code, v0, Bolt, and Cursor (brand reviewers, creative briefing tools, content calendars).
- Guard brand consistency across all AI output - you are the quality layer between automation and the audience.
- Enable the team: write playbooks and run working sessions so every marketer leaves with agentic workflows they own.
Who You Are?
- 4-7 years in brand, content, or social marketing - brand strategy is your instinct, AI is your execution layer.
- Deep Claude / AI tooling fluency: you've built with Claude Code, authored skills, and know when a prompt is enough versus when an agent is needed.
- Proven social strategy ownership - content calendars, platform fluency, performance analysis, and a clear POV on what great social looks like.
- GTM and research experience: you've contributed to product launches and can automate the repeatable parts of market research.
- Code as a working language - you read and debug Python / TypeScript agent output; you can't be blocked by it.
- Exceptional written English - your editorial instincts catch tone drift, brand misalignment, and vague messaging that models miss.
