About the Role
We are seeking an AI + BI Analyst to support the evolution of our global analytics and reporting ecosystem. The role combines Business Intelligence development, cloud data analytics, and AI-enabled analytics solutions. You will work on modernizing legacy reporting platforms, enabling AI-driven insights, integrating AI technologies with BI tools, and building scalable analytics solutions for global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Analytics
• Enable AI-driven analytics and decision-support capabilities across reporting platforms.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate SQL development, analytics, and reporting workflows.
• Support AI integrations with BI platforms through Model Context Protocol (MCP) and related frameworks.
• Build and enhance conversational analytics and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Generate automated insights, trend analysis, anomaly detection, and business summaries using AI technologies.
Business Intelligence Development
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and semantic data models using Tableau and Power BI.
• Develop and optimize reporting solutions supporting global business functions.
• Build and manage data models, calculated measures, hierarchies, and KPIs.
• Support migration and modernization of legacy BI assets to cloud-native analytics platforms.
• SAP BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence/Universe Design) experience is good to have.
Data & SQL Engineering
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
• Work with Snowflake, SAP HANA, or similar cloud data platforms.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and data quality analysis.
• Support data modeling activities including dimensions, facts, measures, and hierarchies.
Microsoft Fabric & Modern Data Platform
• Support analytics solutions built on Microsoft Fabric.
• Work with Lakehouse, Dataflows, Pipelines, Notebooks, and Power Automate.
• Contribute to cloud-native data and analytics initiatives.
Operations & Support
• Manage L2/L3 support activities for BI platforms and reporting solutions.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
• Troubleshoot report, dashboard, and data-related issues.
• Support production releases, deployments, and change management activities.
SDLC & Governance
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and technical documentation.
• Participate in UAT, defect resolution, and release management.
• Maintain metadata, lineage, and dependency documentation.
• Follow enterprise SDLC and governance standards.
Required Skills
BI & Analytics
• 4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Reporting.
• Strong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
• Understanding of BI lifecycle, UAT, release management, and stakeholder engagement.
AI & Modern Analytics
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent.
• Understanding of AI-assisted analytics, insight generation, and decision-support use cases.
• Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI integration frameworks is preferred.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for SQL generation, analytics, documentation, and productivity improvements.
Data & Technical
• Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, window functions, CTEs, and query optimization.
• Experience with Snowflake, SAP HANA, or other enterprise data warehouses.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and analytics data structures.
• Experience with GitHub and version control processes.
