About the Role
Story Design is looking for a passionate and innovation-driven AI Intern to work on next-generation web applications, AI-powered workflows, automation systems, and digital product integration projects.
This internship is ideal for candidates who are excited about combining Artificial Intelligence, Web Development, APIs, Automation, and User Experience to build impactful digital solutions.
You will work closely with our design, development, and innovation teams on real-world products across consumer appliances, smart products, branding, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI-enabled web applications and dashboards
- Work on API integrations with AI tools and third-party platforms
- Build responsive frontend interfaces using modern web technologies
- Assist in backend development and database connectivity
- Integrate AI models, automation tools, and workflow systems
- Support chatbot, recommendation engine, and AI assistant development
- Collaborate with UI/UX and product design teams for seamless digital experiences
- Optimize web application performance, scalability, and usability
- Research emerging AI tools, frameworks, and development trends
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities
Skills & RequirementsTechnical Skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
- Understanding of React.js / Next.js preferred
- Familiarity with Python or Node.js
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Understanding of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or Firebase
- Interest in AI tools, LLMs, automation, and machine learning workflows
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub is a plus
