Hiring: AI & Automation Trainer (Digital Marketing Focus)
Location: On-site – Dwarka Sec 7
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Trainer with Digital Marketing expertise to deliver practical, industry-relevant training. If you’re passionate about teaching, AI tools, and real-world marketing strategies—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on:
- Digital Marketing: SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Ads
- AI Tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney, GenAI tools
- Automation: Zapier, Make, CRM workflows
- Conduct practical, project-based learning sessions
- Design and update industry-aligned curriculum
- Create presentations, assignments, and case studies
- Mentor students on live projects & portfolio building
- Train learners on tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Notion AI
- Track student progress and provide actionable feedback
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make, basic APIs)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3+ years in Digital Marketing / AI / Automation / Training
- Experience running real campaigns or automation workflows
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or AI (plus, not mandatory)
