Job Timings: 04:00 AM to 01:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and execution-focused AI Automation & Workflow Specialist who can help us implement AI-driven systems, automation workflows, integrations, and operational intelligence across multiple business departments.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in:
- AI workflow implementation
- CRM automation
- API integrations
- AI agents/catboats
- Process automation
- Data flow management
- Operational AI systems
This role is not just theoretical or advisory - we are looking for someone who can actively build, deploy, optimize, and manage real AI-powered operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Workflow & Automation
- Build and implement AI workflows across departments
- Automate repetitive operational tasks
- Design intelligent business process automations
- Reduce manual dependency using AI systems
2. CRM & Lead Automation
- Implement AI-based lead management workflows
- Automate follow-ups, reminders, escalations, and notifications
- Create intelligent lead routing systems
- Build automated callback and compliance tracking systems
3. AI Communication Systems
- Implement AI catboats and conversational AI systems
- AI-powered customer support workflows
- AI-based email and SMS automation
- AI call transcription and summarization systems
4. Integrations & APIs
- Integrate CRM, Diallers, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, APIs, and internal systems
- Create smooth data synchronization between platforms
- Build automated reporting pipelines
5. Reporting & Monitoring
- Build AI dashboards and performance monitoring systems
- Automate scorecards, productivity tracking, and reporting
- Create operational alerts and escalation systems
6. AI Training & Internal Systems
- Develop AI-powered training systems
- Implement AI-based knowledge testing and assessment tools
- Build SOP automation and intelligent internal knowledge systems
7. Optimization & Innovation
- Continuously improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable AI solutions
- Research and implement latest AI tools and technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Skills
- AI Workflow Tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, LangChain, etc.)
- OpenAI / GPT API integrations
- CRM automation experience
- API integration knowledge
- Basic database understanding
- Webhook implementation
- Process mapping & automation logic
2. Preferred Skills
- Python / JavaScript knowledge
- AI Agent development
- Voice AI / Call AI systems
- Prompt engineering
- Google Workspace automation
- WhatsApp API integrations
- Dashboard & reporting tools
3. Experience Required
- 3-5+ years’ experience in AI automation or workflow implementation
- Strong practical portfolio of implemented automations
- Experience working with operations-heavy businesses preferred
- Experience in sales, customer service, or call center automation is highly preferred
