AI Automation & Digital Efficiency Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a Gurgaon-based auto component manufacturing group with two NSE/BSE-listed entities — Shivam Autotech (transmission gears,
shafts, precision forged components) and Munjal Showa (shock absorbers, front forks, struts) — with 3,000+ employees and multi-plant
operations across India. As we accelerate our digital transformation agenda, we are hiring a sharp, self-driven AI Automation Specialist to be
the engine of our internal efficiency drive. This is a high-impact, execution-first role — not research, not advisory. You will work directly with
senior leadership to identify inefficiencies and fix them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Process Automation & AI Workflows
• Map and eliminate repetitive manual tasks — data entry,
reconciliation, report generation, HR screening
• Build automation pipelines using n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power
Automate
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) for internal workflow
automation
SAP Data & Reporting
• Create dashboards and automated alerts to surface SAP data
without manual effort
• Replace manual Excel reporting with live data pipelines
• Connect SAP outputs to Power BI, Looker Studio, or custom
dashboards
Custom App Development
• Build lightweight internal tools — approval trackers, vendor
portals, internal chatbots
• Use Bubble, Glide, Retool, or lightweight Python/FastAPI
backends
Training & Content
• Train teams on AI tools; create SOPs and playbooks
• Produce LinkedIn content, corporate decks, and company videos
using AI tools
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have
• 2–5 years in automation, digital ops, or technology-adjacent roles
• Hands-on with 3+ of: n8n / Make / Zapier / Power Automate,
OpenAI or Claude APIs, Power BI, Python (scripting), Bubble /
Retool / Glide
• Strong prompt engineering skills — ability to design, iterate, and
optimise prompts for LLMs across varied business use cases
(summarisation, classification, extraction, agents)
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks — building multi-step AI
agents using tools like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar
• Strong problem-solving instinct — you figure things out
independently
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Genuine curiosity about AI; actively experimenting with the latest
tools and models
Good to Have
• Exposure to SAP (any module — MM, SD, FI, HR)
• Background in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain
contexts
• Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented
Generation) for building internal knowledge tools
• Familiarity with AI-powered OCR and document processing tools
(e.g. for invoice or PO automation)
• Experience with AI-generated content — video, design, LinkedIn,
corporate decks
• Startup or freelance background — used to building things from
scratch with limited resources
NOT Required
A formal CS degree — we care about what you've built, not where
you studied. Deep ML/data science background — this is applied
AI, not research.
