AI Automation Expert
Role Overview
Pucho.ai is India’s leading AI automation platform for MSMEs. We are seeking a skilled n8n Automation Expert to design, develop, and maintain automation workflows for both internal systems and client deployments.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workflow automation, API integrations, and low-code tools (especially n8n), along with the ability to incorporate AI capabilities into automation pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow Automation Development
- Design and build complex automation workflows using n8n
- Automate business processes across multiple platforms and tools
2. System Integrations
- Integrate Pucho.ai with platforms such as Tally, Zoho, WhatsApp APIs, payment gateways, and e-commerce systems
- Develop and manage API and webhook-based integrations
3. AI Integration
- Collaborate with AI/Product teams to integrate LLM capabilities into workflows
- Implement AI-driven automation to enhance efficiency and intelligence
4. Workflow Optimization & Maintenance
- Debug, monitor, and optimize existing automation pipelines
- Ensure workflows are scalable, reliable, and high-performing
5. Documentation
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation for workflows
- Ensure easy understanding for internal teams and client handovers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in automation, integrations, or workflow tools
- Strong experience with n8n or similar platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations
- Basic understanding of AI/LLM integrations (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
