About the Company
We are looking for a hands-on AI & Process Automation Lead who will serve as the internal champion for AI adoption across our business. This individual will identify high-impact use cases, evaluate and deploy AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and others), and work closely with department heads to automate manual processes across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, HR, Administration, and Field Project Operations. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that requires technical fluency — you will build, implement, and drive adoption.

This individual will identify high-impact use cases, evaluate and deploy AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and others), and work closely with department heads to automate manual processes across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, HR, Administration, and Field Project Operations. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that requires technical fluency — you will build, implement, and drive adoption.
Responsibilities
- AI Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the company's AI adoption roadmap with a phased implementation plan.
- Stay current on AI tools, platforms, and best practices to bring the best solutions to the organisation.
- Present AI business cases, ROI projections, and progress updates to senior leadership.
- Implementation & Deployment
- Configure, deploy, and manage AI tools such as ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Microsoft Copilot, and other relevant SaaS AI platforms.
- Build custom AI workflows, prompt templates, and automation pipelines tailored to each department's needs.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS, project management tools).
- Manage vendors, licenses, and third-party implementation partners where required.
- Training & Change Management
- Design and deliver AI literacy training programmes for employees at all levels.
- Create department-specific prompt libraries and AI usage guidelines.
- Act as the internal helpdesk and champion to drive adoption and address resistance.
- Establish governance standards for responsible and ethical AI use.
- Performance & Measurement
- Define and track KPIs for each AI initiative (time saved, cost reduced, error rates).
- Produce regular reports on AI ROI and adoption metrics for leadership review.
- Continuously iterate and improve deployments based on user feedback and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience working with enterprise AI tools and process automation platforms.
- Demonstrated experience deploying tools such as ChatGPT / OpenAI API, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar large language model (LLM) platforms.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, or n8n.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for building AI workflows and integrations.
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems, vector databases, or AI agent frameworks.
- Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, water, or industrial sectors.
- Exposure to compliance and data privacy frameworks relevant to AI deployment in India.
