Role Description
At Riverwood Projects, we are building modern real estate ecosystems — not just townships.
From plotted developments like Riverwood Estate, Kharkhauda, to commercial developments like 9th Avenue, Mohali, our focus is on combining real estate, technology, and systems thinking.
As we scale, we want to integrate Artificial Intelligence into every part of our operations — sales, CRM, marketing, reporting, and customer experience.
For this, we’re looking for a curious and driven AI Automation Intern who enjoys experimenting with new tools and building smart systems.
What You’ll Work On
Your mission will be simple:
Implement AI in different areas of the business to make Riverwood smarter and faster.
Some things you may work on:
• Automating lead qualification and CRM workflows
• Building AI-powered WhatsApp and email follow-ups
• Creating dashboards and automated reports
• Implementing AI tools for marketing and content creation
• Automating internal processes using tools like Zapier / Make / APIs
• Exploring AI agents and workflow automation for sales and operations
Skills We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be an AI researcher. We’re looking for someone who is:
• Curious about AI tools and automation
• Comfortable experimenting with new technology
• Familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms
• Interested in solving real business problems using technology
Coding is a plus, but problem-solving and curiosity matter more.
What Makes This Role Unique
At Riverwood, you won’t just observe.
You will work directly with the founders and your goal will be:
Build one meaningful AI automation every week.
If done right, you will help transform how a real estate company operates.
Stipend
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
