What You'll Actually Do
🤖 Claude Skills & AI Agent Building
- Write and deploy Claude Skills — reusable workflow instructions that teach Claude how to execute processes end-to-end, not just generate text
- Build MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to connect Claude to external tools — Google Workspace, Notion, CRMs, databases — enabling it to read, write, and act across systems
- Design multi-agent pipelines where Claude orchestrates subagents to handle legal research, document review, outreach, and compliance tasks autonomously
- Use the Skill Eval + Benchmark framework to test, refine, and A/B test your Claude Skills for success rate and token efficiency
🔁 Workflow & Process Automation
- Automate lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM data flows using Zoho, Make, Zapier, and n8n
- Build AI Agent nodes inside n8n using LangChain integration for multi-step, logic-driven task execution
- Deploy Zapier AI Agents and Copilot — build automations through natural language and trigger-based workflows
- Set up compliance and document automation systems; build due diligence and M&A data pipelines
📊 Content, Research & Visual Pipelines
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines over internal document libraries for intelligent search and auto-drafting
- Create AI-driven content, reports, and research pipelines using Claude + Gemini
- Experiment with HeyGen and Canva AI for client-facing video and visual deliverables
- Build automated, personalised outreach systems using Claude Skills + MCP to research companies and generate targeted pitches

Must-Have
✔ Completed at least 1 AI / Automation course (n8n, Make, Claude API, LangChain, or equivalent)
✔ Built at least 1 real working automation — show us the bot, not just the certificate
✔ Understanding of Claude Skills and/or MCP — or ability to learn within the first week
✔ Solid grasp of prompt engineering and structuring multi-step AI instructions
✔ Ability to troubleshoot broken workflows and debug API/webhook/integration issues
Good to Have
⭐ Experience building AI agents in n8n (LangChain nodes) or Zapier Agents
⭐ Familiarity with RAG pipelines or vector databases (even basic exposure)
⭐ Exposure to legal, compliance, or financial document workflows
⭐ GitHub profile or portfolio with live automation demos
⭐ Worked with Composio's prebuilt toolkits or similar agentic tool infrastructure
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or a related field — or proven hands-on experience building AI/automation workflows.
We value real builds over degrees. A working Claude Skill or n8n workflow beats a GPA.
