THE INTERNSHIP
We are looking for a highly curious and technically driven AI Automation Engineer Intern who wants to learn how real-world AI systems are built and deployed inside a high-performance Web3 organization and across multiple portfolio companies.
This is not a passive internship. You will work directly with the Founder and CXO team to design, test, and deploy AI agents and workflow systems that power operations across Ajna Capital and its portfolio companies.
You will learn how to turn business problems into automated AI-driven workflows with responsibility for direct impact This role offers the opportunity to gain expertise in translating business challenges into automated, AI-driven workflows, with direct responsibility for significant impact.
WHAT YOU WILL BUILD
During the internship, you will help design and build automation systems such as: ( deisgn, tech, product , amrketint, etc ect)
Content Automation Agent- Monitor Crypto news and trends
- Generate social media content for Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Telegram
- Maintain a structured content pipeline
Competitor Intelligence Agent- Track competitor activity across portfolio companies
- Curate key updates from social media, blogs, and research
- Build automated intelligence dashboards
Outreach & Partnership Agent- Identify potential partners, VCs, KOLs, and protocols
- Generate personalized outreach messages using AI
- Automate communication workflows and follow-ups
KPI Tracking & Reporting Systems- Aggregate data from internal teams and portfolio companies
- Build automated reporting systems
- Generate structured leadership updates
You will also identify new automation opportunities across the organization.

Required Skills- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript
- Understanding of APIs and automation tools
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or LLM APIs
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to learn and execute quickly
Nice to Have- Experience with automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier)
- Exposure to crypto ecosystem
- Knowledge of data scraping or workflow automation
- Experience building side projects or automation systems
