We're Hiring: AI Automation Expert & AI Agent Builder (Remote)
**Aify Media** — an AI-first talent management company — is looking for an AI powerhouse. Not someone who took a course last year. Someone who lives inside every leading AI tool, ships automations weekly, and treats new model releases like Christmas morning.

**What you'll actually do**
Every week, we'll hand you a manual process inside our business — and your job is to make it run without humans. Editing, designing, marketing, sales, support, ops, content, reporting, talent workflows — anything done by hand becomes your next automation. No two weeks look the same. New automation challenges land daily, and you treat that as the fun part.
**Core responsibilities**
- Audit manual business processes across editing, design, marketing, sales, and support — then automate them end-to-end
- Design and build AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n AI nodes, or custom orchestration
- Engineer prompts that are reliable in production — not just impressive in a demo
- Build automations across n8n, Make, Zapier, and custom Python/Node scripts
- Integrate LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, open-source) with our stack via APIs and MCP
- Use AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Sora, ElevenLabs, Suno, Higgsfield, Krea, Descript, CapCut AI, etc.) to automate content production
- Set up evals, monitoring, and guardrails so agents stay reliable in production
- Document everything so the team can extend what you build
**What we need to see**
- 2+ years shipping real AI/automation systems that someone is paying for or relying on daily — portfolio over credentials
- Hands-on fluency across **every category** of leading AI tools: LLMs, image, video, audio, voice, agents, automation platforms, browser agents, MCP, and more
- Deep prompt engineering instincts — you know *why* your prompt works
- Experience with at least 2 agent frameworks and 2 automation platforms
- Strong Python or JavaScript; comfortable with APIs, webhooks, vector DBs, and RAG
- Ability to use AI across cross-functional tasks: editing a video, designing a creative, drafting outbound, building a support bot, generating a report — all in the same week
- A clear answer to *"what did you build with AI last week?"* — because we'll ask
- You follow the field obsessively: papers, releases, X/Twitter, GitHub trending, Product Hunt. New model drops Tuesday, you've tested it by Thursday.
**Bonus points**
- Built and shipped your own AI product, agent, or automation business
- Experience with MCP servers, computer use, browser agents, voice agents, or AI avatars
- Background in talent management, creator economy, media, or content workflows
